Privacy policy

This privacy policy (the Privacy Policy) applies to all information about the user including personal data which LLC TС IRZ (the Company) can obtain while they use the site http://www.tc-irz.ru/ (the Site).
By using the Site, the user expresses their unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of their personal data processing it specifies; the user who disagrees with these terms shall not use the Site.

General provisions
1. This Privacy Policy is in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law N 152-FZ as of 27.07.2006 On Personal Data and regulates personal information processing including that of personal data and the actions taken by the Company to ensure the security of such information.
2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the user's personal information shall mean:
  1. Personal information about the user which they provide when using of the Site including their personal data. Mandatory information will be highlighted in a special way. Other information will be submitted by the user at their discretion.

Personal information processing via Cookies and counters
1. The Company may use the cookies uploaded by it to the user's hardware and by the hardware of its user to provide the user with the services of the Site, to show the user targeted advertisement, to improve the quality of the Site and for statistical and research purposes.

The user may also take legal actions to protect their rights.

1. The Company shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other illegal actions of third parties.
Changing the Privacy Policy
1. The Company may change and modify this Privacy Policy at its discretion.

Applicable laws
1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the user and the Company arising from the application of the Privacy Policy are regulated by Russian law.
